Assistant SOX Specialist
5 month contract reporting directly to the APAC SOX leader, assisting in the following areas below in order to for Aus and NZ to become SOX compliant:

Job Description
- Documentation of processes (flowcharting through the use of Visio)
- Analysis and identification of control/ processes weaknesses
- Work with key management and the finance team to develop process remediation plans
- Audit control testing and documentation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process documentation, analysis of issues, remediation planning, control testing  
- Tracking of control issues for B*NZ and B*Australia
- Assistance in the preparation of reporting the project status for communication to the Global SOX Director
- Information management within the Brightstar SOX documentation portal

SELECTION CRITERIA
1: ESSENTIAL Skill
- Audit experience (public accounting or internal audit)
- Proactive and independent
- Bachelor degree in accounting/ commerce

2: Desirable
- Microsoft Visio
- Big 4 Audit experience
- Specific SOX project experience
- CA Qualified
