1.一些买家拍下不付款,我开unpaid case,选择了买家没有支付选项,一般情况是等几天,再去Resolution Centre里的Eligible for final value fee credit确认下,就能收到ebay退回的成交费,
但有时候开了unpaid case,会收到ebay发的如下邮件,不太清楚是怎么回事,为什么有的case发有的不发?
邮件内容如下:
This unpaid item case will remain open until 10-Mar-12. You have until then to go to the Resolution Centre and close the case if your buyer hasn't paid. You would then also get your final value fees refunded. If you want, you can go to your site preferences and authorise us to automatically close unpaid item cases on your behalf and as well as refund your final value fees when your buyer doesn't pay.
2.有个别国际买家没收到东西,大部分情况都是邮局投递延迟,只要多等一两周就会收到,少部分丢失的,我会退款或重发,但有的买家不愿意等,直接在paypal里开dispute,
ebay会给几天时间让我回应,我只是寄的普通邮件,没有发货凭证,我都是等时间到了系统自动处理,有的买家在这段时间内收到货,会关闭dispute,
时间到了,系统会自动选择退款给买家,
我想知道的,等系统自动处理退款给买家,和我主动选择退款给买家,对我的信用影响是不是都一样?
