Production Assistant – Casual Position
E-VIS is a professional IT Development company specialising in local government applications, Electronic Document Management Solutions and Web Site Development and Design.
We are currently seeking someone to join our South Yarra based team, in the position of Production Assistant. This is a casual position that will give you valuable experience in an office environment with an opportunity to add to your skill set.
The primary responsibilities of this role involve assisting in the production department at E-VIS where essentially we convert paper files to electronic files. You will be involved in preparing, scanning and indexing documents.
You must be able to work 5 days a week in next 2 months.
The successful applicant will be neatly presented, enthusiastic and willing to learn. You will need to be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own at times with little supervision but also as part of a team. We are looking for someone who displays initiative, who is accountable for their work and has excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures. You will need sound computer skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately. The successful candidate will ideally be flexible with their hours and, from time to time, days as well.
South Yarra location, close to train station and trams.
$18 / hour - Immediate start.
