投资房service fee on water bill

Just got a call from property manager of my investment property, she said I need to pay the service fee on the water bill, and the tenants only needs to pay the usage fee. I am shocked by this news and I couldn't believe it as I had paid the whole amount water bill when I rented. Did anyone hear that? I called the water company and they said they charge the landlord for the service fee and the tenants pay the usage. We all know that the service fee is much higher than the usage cost nowdays. I think the people who open the account should pay the bill. I don't use the service why I have to pay for the service fee as a landlord.

Anyone has any good suggestion?

It is true, landlord pay service charges. If you don’t want to pay, raise your rent.

借问具体投资房水费方面是怎样操作的?如果house自住转投资时告诉sydney water disconnect current account,租的人再跟sydney water申请开户?然后每个季度再从management company收到帐单付water service fee?

But we didn't know that when we were tenants and paid for water bills and never asked landlord to pay the service fees.

就是这样的，水费单其实真正的用水费用很少的，其他都得房东出。

我的情况是，经纪联络的council, water bill就直接寄经纪了，然后经纪会在租金里扣除我应付的水费单部分。
