Need help re"roof leaking"

I’d like to get quote from roofman via phone. I want to describe the situation clearly. Can someone help me? Thank you.

房子拐角处的天花板漏水。原因是拐角处的gutter掉下来了一点（以前是水平的，现在有点下将）。只要是大雨，雨水不能及时排出，就渗透到天花板。老公试着把gutter提高，但提不起来

A roof leaks water through to ceiling at the corner. It only happens with a heavy rain. Only leaks twice up to now. The reason is our gutter at that corner is a little bit down. The water cannot get away from downpipes.  We try to adjust gutter but it does not help much.
