请教大学申请出现的问题

两个月前在国内申请澳洲大学，一周后收到回复国际学生部的工作人员叫我交100元国际学生申请费。当时差点晕倒，我明明分别把邮件邮寄给这个学校的几个学院，而且有自己护照中英文公证（PR），怎么还交国际学生申请费。于是回EMAIL说明，对方回复说再转交别人处理。
    前两天终于收到工程学院的邮件，结果要求我补交材料，我看了前三项，觉得他们是不是弄错了。我当初邮寄快递时已经将学历、学位的中英文公证、学习成绩中英文公证，外加一封密封的大学成绩单邮寄了，怎么还找我要这些东西啊？？？？？我都快弄疯了。不知道哪位好心人看看是不是我应该再次回信说明我之前已经提交了这些东西？
In order to assess your application for the Master of Engineering Science further, the following information is required.
-          A certified copy of a certificate stating the name of the degree or diploma completed at XXUniversity.
-          Documentary evidence of the overall GPA or mark earned in the relevant course that you have studied.
-          Documentary evidence of the time it took to complete the relevant course.
-          An updated CV if you have not been a recent graduate.
Please provide this information as soon as possible by dropping it in at Student Services in Bldg. 314  so that you can receive the outcome within a sufficient timeframe.

另外最后一句话是不是表明我提交完这些后就能录取了？要真录取我还是要考虑读不读呢，一年2.2万多澳币，读两年就破产了。。。。。

你要确定你的申请材料是寄到了学院还是国际学生处，最后的话是要你尽快补齐申请材料你才可能在明年初的入学时间前知道你的申请结果，并不是说你一定会被录取。

现在读大学就要3W啊。。。。我申研究生。。。也就2W不到啊。。。。。。。

是一年2.2万啊，不是全部2.2万。还不包括一些什么杂费的
