Does anyone think they meet the following requirements:
Finance Administrator
· Working on the Retail Account
· 3 Casual Positions Available
· Circa 20 hours per week
· Varied and Challenging Position
We are currently looking for three (3) casual Finance Administrators to join the Retail account based in Rowville, Melbourne.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving supplier/customer queries, reporting, providing Administrative support to the Manager’s within the team, bank reconciliations, analysis of data including budget to actual variances, providing assistance in budget development, monthly accurals and ad-hoc finance duties.
Proven capability in a similar accounts role, providing a high level of customer service, together with a willingness to perform in a team environment will see success in the role. Excellent communication skills, PC experience with Excel and Word, coupled with a strong working knowledge of accounting principles are required for the successful candidate.
Sound understanding of Budget process, forecasting and accrual management is highly desirable.
