As part of the implementation of the SAP system, finance release 1.1, and the commencement of Shared Service Centre for finance operations on 1 March 2010, NSW Department of Education and Training is establishing an SAP Support Group.  

First-level helpdesk support for users of the SAP system will be provided in the Shared Service Contact Centre. The SAP Support Group will be responsible for resolving more complex SAP user problems and maintaining and administering the system.



Filling of SAP Support Group roles

The Expression of Interest (EOI) process is now open for several SAP Support Group roles.

The roles we are recruiting for are listed below and are either clerk grade 9/10 or 11/12:

·         Senior SAP Finance Support Analyst (Position No 155407 and 155408)

·         Senior SAP CRM Support Analyst (Position No 155403)

·         Senior SAP SRM Support Analyst (Position No 155409)

·         Senior SAP GRC Administrator (Position No 155405)

·         Senior SAP Workflow Administrator (Position No 155404)

·         Senior SAP BW Support Analyst (Position No 155406)

·         SAP Change Control Coordinator (Position No 155413)
