下签之前的体检，我妈妈因为肺部有结节，填了815表格，
现在登录，怎样联系health undertaking Service？
上了815表格里的链接https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/ ... /health-undertaking
可是里面都是基本的介绍信息，请问如何联系他们？

找到了，应该是这个：
What you must do once you sign a health undertaking
When you sign a health undertaking, you agree to contact our Migration Medical Services Provider, Bupa Medical Visa Services (BUPA) within 28 days of arriving in Australia. You can contact Bupa by calling 1300 794 919 (Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm AEST) or through the BUPA website.
