父母都是PR,澳洲生的小孩不能有澳洲护照了吗

给孩子申请护照，里面写的很清楚，必须有一方是citizen才可以。
让从下面选项里面选：

The child’s Australian passport issued on/after 01/01/2000 and valid for at least two years
One parent’s full Australian birth certificate (parent born prior to 20/08/1986)
One parent’s Australian passport
(issued on/after 20/08/1986 but before the child’s birth and valid for a minimum of two years)
One parent’s Australian citizenship certificate

那么如果父母都是pr, 澳洲生的小孩没有不能有澳洲护照吗

你需要单独帮孩子去申请Australian Citizenship，父母是PR，在澳洲出生的孩子自动澳籍，但是需要父母去官网申请，https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/citizenship/become-a-citizen/born-in-australia-stateless
一般2周左右就拿到Australian citizenship certificate了，然后去办理护照。

里面提到：
You can apply for proof of citizenship if you were born in Australia on or after 20 August 1986 and at least one of your parents was an Australian citizen or permanent resident when you were born. A permanent resident is what we call a non-citizen who holds a permanent visa to live in Australia.

正是因为父母都是PR所以才要多做这一步先取得小孩的公民证。

如果父母有一个人是公民，就可以跳过这一步，直接拿父母的公民证或护照证明父母的身份。

不过给小孩搞个公民证没啥不好的，除了要花钱和等几天。
