一个多月前投的简历，都忘了自己写的什么，今天收到邮件，让参加一个15分钟的面试，录一段视频回答问题。请问大家，一般都会问什么问题，有哪些注意事项，第一次参加这种面试。谢谢！
Thank you for applying for the position of xxx at the Parliament of Victoria.
Congratulations once again on progressing to the video interview stage of our process.
We want our recruitment process to be as effortless as possible and a video interview allows you to quickly tell us more about you and why you are interested in this position. Following the video interview, we will be in touch with shortlisted applicants to arrange a face to face meeting.Your video interview should take less than 15 minutes, and will consist of a short number of questions to help us undertstand why you're interested in this role and a bit more about your experience.
Your video link will expire 4 days from the time you receive this email.
Here are some tips to assist you:
You should be able to answer most questions within 3 minutes.
You will be given time to prepare your answer for each question.
Once you start recording it is not possible to pause the interview.
Although you will be continuously recorded, please feel free to take some time to consider the question before beginning your response as you would in a face to face interview.
You can only record your interview once.
You can record your interview on a smartphone, tablet or laptop/desktop computer.
If you experience any technical difficulties when using a laptop/desktop computer please try using a smartphone or tablet.
If you experience any technical difficulties when using a smartphone or tablet please try turning Wi-Fi off and using your mobile data network. |
