又看了下豁免信,没看到有那句疫苗不符合条件不给豁免的
Dear xxx
I refer to your request for an exemption from the current travel restrictions for travel to Australia. This advice applies to the following travellers:
Name Passport Outcome
xxxx China -xxxx Exempt
The travellers listed have been assessed as meeting the following exemption criteria:
Immediate family of an Australian citizen or permanent resident
Consideration for a discretionary exemption is not required in this instance.
This assessment is against current Australian COVID-19 travel restrictions only and not your entitlement to a visa. This assessment will not have any bearing on any future family relationship assessment that may be required for the purpose of a relevant visa application.
Please note that while you have been assessed as meeting the above exemption criteria, you are still required to hold a valid visa to travel to Australia, or be a New Zealand citizen eligible to hold a Special Category (subclass 444) visa upon arrival to Australia. If you have already applied for a visa, the relevant visa processing area has been notified, however all visa requirements must still be met in order for your application to be granted. Information on the visa types and requirements can be found on the Department’s website.
Confirmation of this advice has been recorded in Australia’s electronic visa system and if they hold a visa, the individuals listed may travel to Australia in accordance with usual visa and border requirements. You do not need to re-apply for an exemption if flight details change.
COVID-19 (PCR) Test
Before returning to Australia, you need to be aware of the requirement for a COVID-19 (PCR) Test.
If you are travelling to or transiting through Australia you must provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test to your airline, within 3 days of your flight’s scheduled departure.
If you do not have evidence of a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test, you should not go to the airport as your airline will not allow you to board the aircraft.
Masks must be worn on all international flights, including at airports.
More information can be found at Department of Health website
Australia Travel Declaration
Before travelling to Australia, all travellers are required to complete the Australia Travel Declaration at least 72 hours before departure for Australia.
The Australia Travel Declaration collects contact details in Australia, flight details, quarantine requirements and health status.
This information helps the Australian Government determine quarantine arrangements and also allows the relevant health departments to contact travellers if someone they travelled with tests positive for COVID-19.
Quarantine
To find out more about quarantine requirements on arrival in Australia, contact the relevant state or territory government health department.
Kind regards
Jerry
