Based on my own experience, for small size company (1-30 staff) MYOB is OK.
For medium size company (above 50 staff) MicrOpay is more suitable, especially if the staffs are paid from different cost centre.
Over 100 staff, then the company may consider having more complicated payroll software with HR function.
By the way, personal feel MicrOpay is more professional than MYOB in term of training, system structure.....
PS: for your own benefit, you should convinced you boss to adopt MicrOpay or even more advanced system if possible, which will make yourself more competitive in job market, hahaha.
