-Reporting to the Senior Coordinator Communications, you will lead and set the strategic direction of the digital and customer communications team through the development of relevant policies and procedures, management of websites, social media accounts and live streaming.
-Produce content and update digital media platforms – website and members’ app
-Provide general communications support for public campaigns.
-Film, produce, edit and deliver video content to members via digital platforms
-Write, format, edit and deliver literature pitched to all or specific segments of membership cohorts
-Assist with the implementation of approved communications strategies
