父母因为之前要在岸申请600,5月（半年前）做的体检，在申请870时候已经写了

请问体检还要做吗？半年前已经做过的话？

记得半年前提交600申请时候，马上就收到体检信 Request for Health Examinations，前面递交870，没这信，但是系统里有以上显示。
