Internet Business Coach

Our Geekversity training package has had incredible results so farthis year and so we are looking for some Customer Service / CoachingProfessionals to join our team!
                          In this role you will takeownership of the Customer Service and Coaching of a group ofGeekversity customers, teaching them strategies to profit from theinternet. You will have proven experience in customer service and bewilling to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that ourcustomers always have a professional and thorough learning experience.
                         Youwill have excellent communication skills, as you will be liaising withcustomers and colleagues via telephone, over email and in person. Youwill also be documenting information in written and electronic form andperforming day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaininginformation and updating electronics files.
                         Experience required:
                        

• 2 - 5 years experience in Customer Service
• Experience with handling customer complaints
• Skilledat asking to-the-point questions, knowing how to probe and ask thequestions to motivate and steer the customer on a successful path
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and the ability to learn new technologies easily
• Coaching or NLP certification

                        Essential criteria:
                        

• Extremely proactive and energetic, able to perform well under pressure and in changing environments
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Highly organised, methodical approach, outstanding prioritizing skills and high attention to detail
