I assume it's a possibility, you are the one who ruled it out, Unless you know every individual who's bought $1 million 1 bed room unit in Chatswood and you know none of them have 8-figure saving you wouldn't be able to come to that conclusion.

Generally speaking, people who has 8 figures in saving are smart. So they should know how to play with the market not against it.  Paying over $1 million for a one bedroom unit in Chatswood in the current market is clearly against market. bit like join Kuomingtang in mid 1949.

How would i know? com on, everyone know its a falling market, and so far i don't see it bouncing back any time soon.  

And you still think getting in now is a smart move?  Anyway, all i can say is that i respect your faith in Sydney property market.

北上深加起来人口至少7千万。外加长三角、珠三角、京津冀，加起来大概2亿人，总有人买得起的

其实国内房价也没那么邪乎，别的城市我不知道，北京的话三环尤其是南三环两居室500万的很多，不是随便一套就能700-800万的，只有位置特别中心的或者是学区房等有卖点的房子才可以到这个价

人家说的是新房。毕竟Chatswood这个也是新房。新房比二手房贵20-30%很正常

我记得是：北上广随便卖套房子，分分钟悉尼买三套house
