白车停进来了。我报警的时候和警察说明了，这不是hit and run，双方可能都没有意识到。其实只要找到车主，检查一下对方痕迹就清楚了。首先，没有必要来冤枉一辆无辜的车。但如果真的是对方的过错，过错方也应当承担责任。其次，这个划痕是新的，从我所有的行程和记录仪来看，这是唯一并且确切的碰擦。

去做个quote，看自费维修成本。因为已经伤到底漆了，怕不修不行。美观倒是次要的。如果不是白色车碰的，该道歉道歉，毕竟对别人造成了麻烦。

看车牌应该是华人的。车主或者车主朋友应该会上足迹吧？只是希望车主能够露面，给个说法

对的，你必须要先报案，然后通过警察获得对方的驾照信息。有了驾照信息NRMA才会免除你的excess。

对方这个属于hit-and-run，是犯罪，跑不了的。

Under Australian law, a driver involved in a crash must stop at the scene and give their information to all other drivers involved and anyone injured, as well as the owner and driver of any property damaged, and a police officer if:

Anyone is killed or injured;
A vehicle involved in the crash is towed or otherwise carried away from the crash by another vehicle;
Any other driver involved in the crash does not stop to exchange information;
A police officer asks for any of the information.

有人受伤只是一种情况吧？照你的意思，有人受伤，肇事司机逃逸，算做 hit and run

那有人死亡，肇事司机逃逸，算不算 hit and run 的一种严重情况？

很正常。之前我说的是JTYxxx, 只要在路局网站上查下0到9哪个是白色奔驰，就知道了。不能瞎怀疑:)
