Reports To:

Senior Account Executive

Position Purpose:

Working within HIA Insurance Services, North Ryde you will provide professional and effective administrative support to our team.

The key responsibilities for this role are:

Maintenance of internal client records and all processing of Home Warranty Insurance Certificates
Typing and formatting of reports and general correspondence
Answering telephone and attending to basic enquiries and taking messages
Housekeeping of central filing system
Photocopying, printing and binding
Assisting with accounts payable/receivable duties
Other duties as required

The skills and experience required are:

Basic skills in Word, Excel and Lotus Notes
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
Client Service Focus
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
