Molecular Biology Technician
A leading Australian commercial molecular biology laboratory, doing DNA/PCR analysis in food and agricultural samples, is looking for a laboratory technician.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated quick learner, looking to use their technical skills and with a technical laboratory qualification and/or with existing molecular analysis experience. The person will be responsible to the senior molecular biologist. The person would be expected to have an understanding of basic laboratory preparation, instrumentation and computer skills. Understanding the requirements of a modern molecular DNA analysis laboratory would be an advantage.
The salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
The laboratory is conveniently located in the Lane Cove West Business Park on major city bus routes.
