Position Profile:
Towork closely with the Warehouse Supervisor Warehouse Manager and SalesAdministrator to plan and execute dispatch workflow to satisfy customer needsand meet the company standards.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Distribution
q  Organise delivery,coordinate runs and dispatch schedule and allocate transport workflow
q  Ensure accurate, timely & efficient dispatching of goods and transport arrangement in-line with the company expectations and standard operating procedures
q  Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure timely delivery
q  Resolve any delivery and vehicle issues.
q  Coordinate truck loading
q  Organise pick up
q  Provides accurate and timely information on the operations and any issues arising with the despatch of goods
q  Assist in warehouse management duties as required

Data Entry and General Administration
q  Performa variety of data entry activities in accordance with the established departmental procedures.
q  Performclerical and administrative support duties for the department including filing,maintenance of records and files and other duties as required by your Manager.
q  Receive and verifycash payments from customers and delivery drivers returning from their dailyruns.

Skills Required
q  Minimum one year dispatch experience
q  Computer literate with proficient use of MS Office
q  Competence in collating multi part orders
q  Attention to detail
q  Analytical and problem solving skills
q  Strong organisational skills
q  Excellent English and Chinese communication skills
q  Team player
