有同学熟悉Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard吗?
请问
1、Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard fact sheet在VIC的执行有什么不同?
2、那些行业可以可以不予执行?

其中 Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard http://www.workplaceauthority.gov.au/graphics.asp?showdoc=/PayandConditions/fairpaystandard.asp 中提到:
2. Hours of work

Maximum ordinary hours of work limited to 38 hours per week (which can be averaged over a period of up to twelve months) and reasonable additional hours.

4.# Personal leave

Ten days paid personal/carer's leave per year and two days paid compassionate leave for each relevant occasion, except for casual workers.* Where this paid personal leave has been used up, two days unpaid carer's leave for each carer's leave occasion. This unpaid leave is available to casuals.

但是单位说我们可以免除执行上述标准,而采用work agreement. 可怜我的假期就没有了啊。

请那位知道的同学能告诉我是否能把假期要回来啊?

1。AFPCS is the federal minimum entitlements. same requirement for all states.

2. Workplace agreement can override the AFPCS but only if it is more favourable than AFPCS.


What sort of leave you are talking about that will be removed from your agreement??

The Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard fact sheet 中有下述描述

The Standard applies to all employers and employees who are subject to the Workplace Relations Act 1996. This would
include employees whose employer is:
• a constitutional corporation
• the Commonwealth or a Commonwealth authority
• a body corporate incorporated in a Territory
• a person or entity that carries on an activity in a Territory.
In general, the Standard also applies to employees in Victoria. However, the Standard applies in a slightly different way
in Victoria.

好像只有Victoria 这样啊
看起来太复杂了,有同学有研究的可以解释一下吗?

貌似只有Victoria排除在外,正是太不公平了。有知道的请解释一下啊。
