如题,
我们有一个granny flat 在后院,想咨询一下,在我和老公名下,做个人退税的时候是不是必须要50/50,还是可以做70/30呢?

The ATO's view is that the rental income and deductions on a rental property should be split according to the legal ownership of the property.

This means that if the property is owned as joint tenants, the rental income and expenses will need to be split 50/50. If the property is owned as tenants in common, the rental income and expenses will be split according to the legal ownership of the property.
