这个，当时有人可以弄到，不代表之后有人可以弄到
最好是彻底理清楚啊，免得每次都有人跳出来说影响这个那个blahblah然后就有人不敢申请
或者是，真的有影响，到底有什么样的影响，风险/收益可以衡量

To be eligible you need to apply by 31 January 2016 and spend $500 on eligible purchases (includes BPAY transactions and payments to the ATO but excludes balance transfers and cash advances) using your new card before 29 February 2016. Offer only available on one CommBank credit card per customer, can be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the Bank, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The cash back will be applied to your account within 30 days of you meeting the spend criteria and will appear on your statement as $250 cash back. You will be ineligible for the cash back if your account is closed, transferred, upgraded or in default at any time prior to the cash back being credited to your account.
Bpay的也包括那么随便付付水电煤之类都行了
Offer only available on one CommBank credit card per customer 这个就不知道申请过板球卡是不是ok了

不用的，他们忽悠你用收费
不收费需要填表格，然后邮寄啥的，很不便利但的确不收费
