Do you think you could have overworked those muscles by trying hard to stay straight?
I'm a physio myself and I can't hold a straight posture for more than a few minutes at a time - - I go in and out of good posture but never in the same position for extended time. The muscles which hold you really straight are not designed to be tense all the time, and they will fatigue and cause pain if you make them do "extra work without pay". If you want to keep a good posture, best find a chair with good lumbar support so it it does half of the work for you so the muscles get a break. Don't worry too much if you sometimes find yourself slouching, it is normal as long as you don't stay there too long.
Having said that...where does you physio think about your pain and what is your management plan so far? I can't give much advice here without physically assessing you.
