I am sorry I cant type in Chinese.

So... I just start a new job. All the data of the company is saved in PaperPort. I was asked to back up the data to another USB.

But I cant find out how to do it..I can see there is 'Import' option but no ' Export'. I also googled it but still had no ideas.

Can anyone help me with this?

PS: I just need backup the data of this week not all files.
