If you completed the required subjects from your university studies, you don't need to do the CPA foundation level and you can do the CPA professional level.
If not, the options are
1. do the missing subjects from same or different university or
2. do the foundation level of the CPA segment
3. Provided you can do CPA professional level, you might as well getting your mentor
