[会计] 会计师事务所面试失败,贴上面试问题请大家帮忙看看该如何回答这些问题 [复制链接]

面试了一家小会计师事务所,没有想到竟然有两轮,进入第2轮,还有3个CANDIDATE.第二轮面试,一进去就给了纸,上面有4道题.当时自我感觉还好,不过被拒后,回顾当时面试的回答,觉得自己回答的很不好,可是实在不知道应该怎么样回答才能比较令人满意,所以想请教大家,希望能给点意见,谢谢.

Why would be your best answer if a client ask you

Q1 How much refund can you get for me this year?

Q2 You told me to do this and now ato is saying that it is wrong?

Q3 Why did you charge me a fee for writing the letter to the australian tax office?

Q4 If a client ask you technical questions that you are unable to answer?

第一个问题,我觉得如果用etax,只能告诉客户最后得出的那个数字只是estimated 的,最后要以ato退税金额为准。因为涉及到客户以前的tax liability什么的,可能他带来的资料不全,没有办法告诉他一个100%的答案。

第三个问题,如果是我, 我会说给客户解释写信也是一种服务,而且会计师要花费时间,承担责任,所以当然要charge了。

Q1 How much refund can you get for me this year?

This is a good question.  I might want to check your previous tax return first and see whether your income, deduction have been changed or not. As tax legislation changes every single year and so as our petrol prices, I would not be able to give you a set in stone numbers at the moment.  Once you provide us with the income and deduction, mind you, you have to keep the receipts for anything above $300. In all, we will look after you and maximise your refund within the legislation.  Some tax agent might be bluffing how good they are, however, mind you, every tax return might be audited by ATO and any deduction must be fully evidenced or properly explained.  Stay with us, we willensure the quality of service and we will maximise your benefit for sure.  

Q2 You told me to do this and now ato is saying that it is wrong?

Tax dispute was quite common.  Lots of the problem is just professional judgement.  You see one thing and I see another.  What I told you to do was in compliance with the tax ruling back then.  However, ATO has rights to query the tax return which is their day job. What I will do is, bear with us, I will liaise with ATO and see what they are arguing for and see whether we can play around it.  

Q3 Why did you charge me a fee for writing the letter to the australian tax office?

Yes. As any other professional services, all the corresponding letters are charged.  Our charging rate is very transparent and nothing is hidden inthe services fee.  With regards to this fee in particular, due to the ATO special query, we spent longer time on your case simply answering back ATO. You can see how many letter they have been written to us and calls have been made?  Such fee is transparent enough and if it happens to any other firm,they charge as well.

Q4 If a client ask you technical questions that you are unable to answer?

That's a good question.  I am not in the position to answer any technical questions.  Bear with me, we have inhouse technical partner sitting behind the sence I will find out for you.

I have not done tax all at before.  So, just for your reference only.. Good Luck next time.

谢谢呀,这些问题真的觉得很难回答.不仅是COMMUNICATION,还有CUSTOMER SERVICE,怎么才能拉的住客户

说说这个问题吧,我真的不知道怎么样才算是老板满意的答案.还是说老板只是测communication skill,答案如何不关键?!

我那天的答案说,我没有办法做到马上说出个REFUDN,要根据客户的CASE,需要花点时间.希望客户能和我们长谈.感觉回答的很不好.
