Pharmaceutical Group, due to business growth and planned expansion in Australia.Has a need for a Marketing officer.

Job description

1.      Principal objective of the Job:
-          We are seeking a Marketing Officer to be located in Girraween. The focus of the position is the handle the contract manufacturer factory business.  The Marketing Officer works closely with all the production planning and factory to make sure the customer’s business is well organized.


2.       Organizational Relationship (Reporting Relationship: Reporting to, Report to you, Support sections/group, interfaces with senior management/clients etc.)
-          Reports to Marketing Managers
-          Report to you, Supervisors etc.
-          Interacts with staff & managers production related.


3.       Major responsibilities related to the Position:
-          Effectively organize the business with the customers, good following up for the orders.
-          Be responsible for the customer account under, and think about the customers and factory, to build up the good relationship.
-          Provides order status information to customer in a timely manner.

4.      Main tasks, duties and responsibilities related to the Job:
-          Efficiently organize and plan all the orders
-          Provides order status information to Customer Service in a timely manner
-          Good business skills to keep the project with customer have good margin
-          Works to maintain an efficient weekly/ monthly plans for your business
-          Time organizing & build up good relationship with customers
-          Report to marketing manager clearly for your works
-       Innovations for the new products ideals and new marketing strategies.

5.      Desired Skills and Experiene
-         2 years marketing experience in scheduling/planning in a process manufacturing environment
-          Language: Chinese/ English
-          Industry/corrugated experience required



6.      Education:
-          Bachelors degree preferred
-          Preferably Pharmacy but not essential

7.      Knowledge:
-     Industrial marketing and customer service

8.      Skills:
-          Marketing and Organizing
-         Leadership & good at learning
-         Communication skills with production department and customer
-          Customer Focus
-          Self Management
9.       Experience:
-          Bachelors degree preferred
