在阿德莱德市中心看上一套公寓，三年新。情况如下：

Property: Apartment
Side: 68 square meters
Sale price: $345,000
Weekly Rent: $529
Annually Rent: $27,508
Return rate: %7.97

Cost:
Body Corporate: $4,900 annually
Council rate: $1250 annually
Water: $700 annually
Electricity: $700 annually

如果请中介打理，外加6.6%的管理费。
