After over 2 weeks' waiting, I finally got my internet connected today(3 May 2014) on a two-year contract unlimited Dodo plan. But unfortunately, my expectation was bashed straightaway because it's painfully slow. I can't browse any websites at all. I called 133636, their customer services, twice, and waited on phone for about 10 minutes each time, what I heard was only music! I lost my confidence in Dodo and can see my dim future with them on my internet. I just want to cancel the contract and stop the nightmare right now!
There's still no chance to use the internet at home. I drove to the library to seek help. Do I have to pay the cancellation fee? Their website doesn't show the price. |
