不是说服务器都挪到美国了吗, 怎么还是不中?
这是官方说明, 也不知道是真是假:
网站将于3月16日晚10点进行服务器维护工作，预计24小时内完成。维护期间网站将暂停服务。带来不便，敬请谅解
针对近日出现的Goagent事件做一点说明，可以使用共享IP的代理服务器或VPN访问页面包括下载种子，但是不允许使用共享IP的代理服务器或VPN与Tracker进行交互。会被系统判为作弊。

We have to reiterate that it is not allowed to use shared IP VPN or proxy server, say goagent, to communicate with our trackers. However, it is okay to use them to view webpages and download torrents.
