2 large partly furnished bedrooms available in large 4 bedroom single storey home located a short walk to Altona beach, train station and Pier Street. The main lounge room (furnished with TV) and a bathroom is available for use by occupants of these 2 bedrooms. Existing sole male occupant has his own bedroom, bathroom and uses a small sunroom as his lounge. Kitchen & laundry to be shared by all occupants $140 per bedroom per week + 1/3 of utility bills per occupant. Foxtel currently installed in lounge and can be retained for additional fee. Rooms available for at least 6 month occupancy. |
