关于如何满足PER

各位，请教一个问题，本人现在都考过了，3年工作经验也满了，logbook还没填过，有mentor。我应该如何Advance to CPA呢？我在网站上看到
Apply for Recognition of Professional Experience；
Enrol with a Recognised Employer Partner；
Enrol with a mentor
这3个选项。不知道应该选一还是三呢？如果选了这2个之一，需要填什么表和谁签字呢？

如果你之前已经申请enrol了per,现在填个表申请结束就好了。
如果你从来没申请过，你就要申请Apply for Recognition of Professional Experience，然后填表交回去看cpa批不批了。
如果你有mentor并且告诉cpa的话你应该是已经enrol了per了，只要申请下完成就行了啊。

那大概我已经enrol过per了，中间我换过title，那么在结束的那个表上填新的title吗？另外，logbook要维护么？还是直接在这个表上填了交了？谢谢！

Completing the practical experience requirement
If you can demonstrate the time and relevant skills, you can complete the practical experience requirement by:

completing the update or complete form if you enrolled with a mentor or a Recognised Employer Partner. This form is temporarily unavailable as we make improvements to our Member systems. We appreciate your patience during this time.   
OR

completing the Recognition of Professional Experience application form (PDF) if you have relevant experience that demonstrates all the time and skill requirements

Title 无所谓，但如果换过公司要告诉cpa换的时候。
你等着新表出来填啦，或者让别人传你旧的填也行。发信给cpa要一份也行啊。
