A couple month ago I sign up with Kogan mobile on their 10 dollars 2 GB data plan for my iPad usage.
Everything went smooth until one day I found I was charge $299 by them.
I called them and they claimed I have transferred to their access365 plan online.
I knew it is not true however they offered me refund(deduct a couple dollars usage) so I was happy.A few days later nothing happened on my balance so I called again,A very kind gentleman answered my call and said he was performing the refund right away and I will see it in credit card balance in 7 working days.I asked him to send me a email to me as reference and he said he would very glad to do so.I never receive the email.
Today I called them again since 7 business day already passed and I saw nothing changed in my balance,A very kind lady answered my call.
I expect she would say the refund is in process I should be patient however she said she would talk to the manager in Melbourne to authorize the refund. So I knew the very kind gentleman told a lie.
So I have to talk to the bank to dispute this transaction.I might get the money back might not. However after wasting hours talking to them and waiting on the line,it seems the only way to go.
I am here share my story with fellow Whirlpoolers.Kogan mobile is cheap but it is dodgy and dishonest so may not be a good supplier to go.
