最近一直在考察清洁生意， 跟一个有意向的清洁连锁公司在谈，随便问了这个公司老板一些问题，她的回复是红字部分。各位清洁达人，给点意见，这个公司加盟价在28000左右（包括GST)，前16周保每周收入至少1200.如果从别人手上买现成的，大概能便宜几千块。我现在比较倾向从人家手上买现成的。大家看能不能加盟？ 另外，我还需要注意些什么？ 不胜感激！
1)If I buy an existing franchise, Is it shorter for contract period? For instance, the previous franchisee has executed 4 years, Can I say only 6 years contract period remains for the new franchisee? No You sign a new 10 year agreement.
(2)Could you tell me the average discount rate according to history record if I buy existing franchise compared with entring new contract with XXX? Existing businesses usually use 1:18 ratio however it is up to the exiting franchisee to set their sale price. However you have to add on new equipment/business cards/stationery/car signs etc. $2,600
(3) Under unexpected circumstances, If i abandon the franchise business before it expires, any legal consequences should I encounter? There is a legal restraint of trade – you cannot operate a cleaning business and you must hand back all customers, products and branded items.
(4) If I entre contract withXXX, in such a case XXX can't execute the contract any more with me , what compensation can I expect? It has never happened, is not likely to happen however it would depend on the time you had been operating and countless other incidentals, but I image no compensation would apply. You earn back 80% of your income level in the first 4 months of operation under a guarantee for a new business – this does not apply with an existing business on sale.
(5)According to your record, could you tell me the average income per week for a couple of team in Canberra? Average income from reported incomes $8970 per month
Just to clarify the difference between an on sale (existing business) and new sale.
On Sale is generally a cheaper option but there is no guarantee but easy to build in Canberra. You are accepting existing customers in the areas where they fall. Price must include the supply of all new equipment etc from Head Office. $2,600. Head Office provides 1 full days training in Canberra and all equipment is shipped down to you.
New Sale has a higher price but gives a guaranteed income. You accept new customers but can book according to your own schedules |
