- locate in Watt Avenue, Oak Park only 500m to the zone 1 Oak Park Station
rent is $640per month + $40 for the monthly broadband, Electricity, Gas and Water bill. (total $680 per month and bond is $600)
- Minimum stay 3 months (can be negotiable)
There is a local shopping strip on Snell Grove, with Moonee Ponds, Essendon, Airport West, Glenroy, Broadmeadows and Highpoint shopping precincts all nearby!
