Senior Java Developer
The Role
As a Senior Java Developer, you will perform high quality technical design and development tasks, resulting in robust solutions for our product. You will collaborate in a team of skilled analysts and developers on programs of work to deliver on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide innovative solutions to technical problems.
Implement and deliver high quality code.
Assist in project design sessions and workshops.
Adhere to established methods and standards and offer input for appropriate improvements.
Resolve issues relating to the integration of components within the team.

Skills and Experience
At least six years of experience in the IT industry.
Object-Oriented analysis and design skills.
Experience in Java, Web Frameworks, Continuous Integration, JUnit, Java Design Patterns, Web Services, ExtJS, AJAX, JQuery, Ant/Maven, Hibernate, Spring framework.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Outstanding decision making skills and the ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly.

Senior Business Analyst - Wealth Management Specialist
The Role
As a Senior Business Analyst you will apply your wealth management experience to identify and develop processes and functions to meet the development and service goals of the business. You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders and gain trust and buy-in through demonstrated understanding and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Provide innovative solutions to business problems.
Decompose business goals into needs, then into well specified functional requirements using modern analysis techniques.
Facilitate and / or assist in project design sessions and workshops.
Bridge the detail gap between functional requirement and technical specification through to a quality tested solution delivery.

Skills and Experience
At least six years of experience as a business analyst.
Wealth management experience, ideally - funds, equities, super, cash, wrap, custody.
Able to develop robust use cases, test cases and detail functional requirements.
Business process analysis and work flow specification.
Outstanding decision making skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively.
