About Us

The core products in australia market would be solar kits including Solar panels, inverters, and mounting systems. Street lighting system, home handy kits, etc. Our full control over the production chain allows us to guarantee the highest quality for our products and a much more efficient cost structure. With these competitive advantages, our client is able to pass benefits on to their customers around the world.
With further expansion plans in their sights they are seeking the experience of a Sales Manager whom has operated at a national level.
About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for creating relationships and business opportunities within the major distributors in the Australia market as well as securing smaller suppliers in the industry. With their reputation as a large player within the network you will have credibility enabling you to secure these relationships. This role will have interstate responsibility which will require travelling
Key responsibilities include:
•Attend client meetings, develop presentations and effectively manage pipeline activity.
•Driving revenue through proactive business acquisition.
•Effective management and training to ensure team success and business growth.
•Positive impact on revenue within a fast-paced, rapidly expanding industry.
•Constructing and presenting client proposals and contract negotiations.
•Obtaining and exceeding quarterly targets.
• Achieve and exceed target budgets.
About You
To be considered or this role previous solar experience is a must as is experience within the wholesale/distributor network. You will have the ability to work autonomously and be driven by success.
To be considered for this role relevant candidates will need to demonstrate the following:
•Proven experience in solution sales within a complex sales environment.
•Highly motivated, adaptable and dynamic.
•An interest within the renewable energy industry and a passion to develop the business.
•The ability to proactively seek and acquire new business.
•Good communication skills
•
Own vehicle & current drivers license
•
Good time management skills
•
Strong work ethic
