• Demonstrated past work experience in a comparable role in finance environments requiring job role flexibility and work team orientation.
• A pro-active solution focused approach to problems and work methods demonstrated by past roles requiring the exercise of initiative, planning and attention to detail to achieve required results.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and to promote understanding of the importance of effective financial management processes across the organisation
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, problem solving and decision-making skills and well developed liaison and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and co-operatively in a team environment, with an innovative and flexible approach to work
• High level computer skills such as MS Office products and presentation skills
• Sound administration and organisational skills, including the ability to work effectively with external agencies and government bodies
• Desirably an understanding of and interest in the Not for Profit / Community / Charities sector.
