ebay帐号被封，求助啊

   我昨天第一次在ebay上买东西，结果今天就被封了

     我点了buy it now，用paypal付款。我点了paypal转账，因为是第一次用，竟然要3-5天才能转进去钱。但我看了下ebay说买价有4天时间付款，怎么这个seller第二天就把我举报了？？

我在EBAY上面买卖东西也有几年了所以多少有些经验，这样的邮件是可疑用户的模板，也就是说你注册的IP地址或者信息和之前被EBAY冻结过的账号有关联，所以这样的冻结即使你去解释什么也没有用的，你可以去网吧或者其他地方重新注册一个新账号，不要再用之前的IP来注册了

我也碰到过类似情况，后来就直接封掉了，没办法就重新申请一个。莫名其妙

为啥很难再申请一个？个人信息重新填写过一遍不可以吗？要么，用个假名或者英文名加姓氏能行不:o

没很难申请呀，所以又申请了一个，只是好像邮箱又要换个新的，麻烦

你最好email问下帐号被封的原因，一般48小时会回复你的。
我上次账户被暂时封禁，我也很着急，发邮件过去询问，最后才搞清楚是我当时注册账户用的地址和我货物收件地址不一致（期间搬家一次）  才导致ebay team 对我个人信息真实度的质疑，后来我又回邮件解释，按要求提供我的驾照复印件 和带有家庭住址的bill复印件 发送过去，经过确认，我的账户很快就又被开通了

通过这次个人信息确认，我觉得ebay还是比较可靠的，而且管理团队也很负责
