看到文学城上有个家长写他对孩子玩minecraft的感受，拷贝到这个给家长们参考一下。突然觉得孩子们的世界真不是我们想的那么简单。

感恩节给儿子买了这个游戏，看他很感兴趣，常拉着我去看他建的小岛，自己的院子，房子。。。还有其他人建的地下宫殿式的建筑，看着挺好玩，也很有创意。很多孩子把这个游戏当成一种游历，发现和建造自己梦中的家园。。。发挥自己的想象力，创造力。。。突然理解了为什么现代年轻人那么喜欢游戏了。。。。。。
儿子给我发了几个youtube link，是游戏里用的音乐，属于new age一类的，很安静。有空就去看看。。。听听。。。希望多了解一下现在的孩子，发现有的留言很有意思。。。
The reason Minecraft touches so many people is because of its story. Now, you may laugh at that now, but think about it. It's not some predetermined story that an author created for you to enjoy, its the story you make it. That is why people become so attached to it, because its a game about THEM. A game of solitude, fear, regret, success, and exploration. It is PURE possibility.
Truly, it is what you make it.
When I was looking around, a location I was at looked very familiar. Suddenly, I found a large hole in the ground. I went inside to find out what it was. As I entered, I saw my old house which I forgot all about. Signs standing there alone saying things like 'My Best House' or 'Welcome'. The torches still burning for nobody. This music played and my eyes filled with tears. I stayed in that cave for the rest of the night. And when day came, I looked at it one last time and left that cave forever.
This song is sad. It strikes at the best times too. You're exploring and you hear this, and you realize you're alone, and all your creations are yours, the world is yours. Which seems good....but in a way, is sad. |
