有换工作的打算,开始把注意力投到就业市场上。
就把原来的简历和cover letter那出来重新改。才发觉原来写的自认为很好的简历。
在我这个3个月工作经验并且不是HR专业的眼中是多么的漏斗百出。能找到现在的这份工作,估计是我的坚持和运气一起努力的结果吧。

• Technical Support through phone or Teamviewer for customer (以前简单写的是 answer phones, 这里添加了我在工作中用的一种远程软件,个人认为这个细节能告诉HR我做过)
• System Administrator for Server 2003 (永远带上系统的版本,不要以为2003没有用,实际上不少小公司不会换代的,因为无法做到数据的无损升级)
• Management SharePoint 2010 and trouble shooting
• Daily and weekly Data Backup
• Hardware Support, mainly for printer (简单的硬件维护,一向是小公司IT的大头,我们甚至要把电线帮起来,贴地,不要让它绊倒人。)
• Management Telephone System Setting
• Sales process procedure with CRM and salesforce (CRM salesforce, 具体的软件名称也是细节的一些体现。)
现在在看看原来的一个例子
• Answer customers' enquires (怎么answer,电话,email还是远程登录?太笼统没有细节,HR对于专业一向只知道皮毛,不详细。所以有一种说法是丢一大堆专业名词把HR炸昏,也是有道理的。
• Support other workmate's daily operation on Computers (说了跟没有说一样,怎么支持,)
• Fix basic hardware problems, such as printer jam. (这个还可以 )
• Setup SQL Server 2005 and write quires (刚毕业的同学,申请的都是junior的工作,如果是程序员方面,很有用处,但是看清我申请的标题technical support, 完全达不到边,不过还好hr同样也不知道。)
• Setup and problem solving of Outlook and SharePoint (还可以, 其实在我改后的简历中加入了2010这样的版本信息。)
以上都是我个人的经历, 不过是菜鸟走过的路径吧。
也许三个月后,我的简历又会大变样吧。希望对新手有帮助, 也希望老手指点下我的简历。 |
