We are a leading immigration law firm with offices in Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. We currently have an opportunity that's become available for an Admin Assistant (or two) to join our Melbourne office on a Casual basis.
Working with the client teams to assist with the admin work, we are looking for someone who is able to work full time (or two people who can at least do 3 days per week) and who is available for an immediate start. This is a casual opportunity and we anticipate the position to be available until the end of July 2012.
The admin assistant's duties may include:
Preparing visa applications;
Photocopying/scanning/e-filing and other general admin support to team members;
Undertaking research tasks;
Reviewing visa application forms against source documents to ensure accuracy;
Compiling visa applications in accordance with Immigration requirements;
Updating our internal practice management system.
We are looking for someone who has excellent verbal and written communication skills, is proficient in using office technology, has the highest attention to detail and is efficiently organised to manage high volumes of work in a timely manner with minimal supervision. The right candidate, a team player, will integrate easily and work cooperatively in a busy environment.
This opportunity may be ideal for a current university student.
