今年续约的时候被中介告知Sole Trader已经不再是一个option,必须更改为下面三种情况之一.

• PAYG - we deduct PAYG tax at source, cover the individual for Workers Compensation, pay their super contribution into their nominated account, cover Professional Indemnity / Public Liability insurance.
• Pty Entity – we pay the Pty entity a Gross amount and the Pty entity is responsible for paying the named Consultant, including: deducting PAYG tax; paying the Consultant’s super contribution into their nominated account; covering the Consultant for Workers Compensation and Professional Indemnity / Public Liability insurances.
• Management Agencies - we pay the Management Agency a Gross amount and the Management Agency is responsible for paying the named Consultant, including: deducting PAYG tax; paying the Consultant’s super contribution into their nominated account; covering the Consultant for Workers Compensation and Professional Indemnity / Public Liability insurances.
