I received nearly 250 responses to the advertisement so to develop a shortlist I had to be very specific with my decisions.
The overall selection of the short listed candidates was based on:
Their relevant experience in tasks anticipated to be required to perform the role.
The quality of the written response, both for the CV and cover letter/ email.
Other factors contained within the responses (duration of employment at previous employers etc.)
Whilst not selected as a short listed candidate, I do think you have some relevant experience that will be beneficial to employers.
