我把我的医院给的单子打出来吧：
Mercy Hospital for Women
What to bring during your stay
for yourself:
Medicare card
other healthcare cards(including your private health insurance card)
blood group card
casual, comfortable clothing
a loose fitting t-shirt or gown for birth
a dressing gown and slippers
underwear
nightgowns (with front a opening if you plan to breastfeed)
loose change for the telephone
toiletries (soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, etc)
a face washer
a brush and comb
three nursing bras plus nursing pads
three packets of maternity sanitary pads
tissues
a pen and pencil
Your partner or support person may want to bring the following, for the birth of your baby:
a mirror
a camera
a cassette or cd player
oil, talcum powder or lotion for massage
high energy foods (eg. lollies)
a celebratory drink
loose change for the telephone or parking meter
bathers and a towel (if they will be using the bath in the family birth centre with you)
for your baby:
Nappies- are no longer available on the wards (it is estimated that you will need to bring 30-36 nappies for a 4 night stay)
5-6 singlet (as a guide only)
5-6 nightgowns/grow suits
5-6 cotton bunning rugs
2 pairs of mittens
a bottle of baby bath solution or baby soap
nappy change lotion
packet of baby wipes
if you are fomula-feeding your baby, please bring two bottles, teets and covers and a tin of infant formula. |
