看了一下RRV的要求，是不是只要老婆或孩子是持有RRV (不是pr），

就可以免掉5年呆满2年的要求，成功续签5年pr (即RRV)? 就算老婆孩子不是citizen也行？

所以就是说夫妻两人，只要有一个满足5年呆2年的要求，能成功续签，那另外一个就算没注满两年，也可以续签了？

在考虑我爸妈是否要一起移民。。我爸有生意，所以不太可能满足5年呆2年的要求。。

这个偶问过移民局。
如果夫妻双方只有一个符合RRV的申请条件，另外一个也是可以同时申请的。

我办过的，以下是经验：

你的妻子可以提供在职证明，工资证明，租房证明（购房证明），孩子的在学证明，bank statement, 甚至electricity的固定合同等等，这些证明能证明她和孩子暂时不会离开澳洲。。。然后加一封personal statement, 里面说团聚重要，family重要等等，越煽情越好。。。


上述东西递交北京使馆，3个工作日获得RRV

补充一下，递交北京使馆前，我们试了一下悉尼city那个，被拒了。。。我只是带着租房合同，bank statement，抱着孩子去的。。。那个工作人员表示遗憾，说即使这些也不能证明你和孩子会长期留在悉尼,所以不能给孩子爸爸RRV。。我问她那我要什么材料才可以证明，她列举出来的： 和澳洲的工作关系，或者孩子的入学证明等等。。。这2个才是关键的。。。

You must also meet one of the following eligibility requirements.
