关于MYOB里面的new payroll year

今天要process上星期的payroll

结果系统不让我输入，提示需要enroll new payroll year

我上网查了一下，貌似在开始new payroll year之前还要弄什么load tax table，balance payroll account之类乱七八糟的

紧急啊！谁能帮忙具体说说怎么弄整个payroll year的流程？

File-->Start a new year-->start a new payroll year-->continue-->continue.......type the new payroll year --->continue.....finish

new tax rate应该MYOB会寄给你新的光盘,装下就好
然后update一下自己的file,之前一定记得备份!!!

我刚刚从MYOB 得到的，希望对你有帮助，应该是升级你的MYOB， 下载新的compliance， 然后开始新的payroll year.

Don't forget, as an MYOB Cover member you are entitled to install
the 2010/11 Compliance Update.

In order to determine what you need to do, you first need to
establish what version you are running.

==> To check what version you are running
- From your command centre, go to Help menu > About MYOB

==> If you are running AccountRight version 19
- You can register for automatic software updates - once registered,
  you can install the latest compliance update.
- To register, go to the Help menu, choose Updates and then choose
  Register for Updates.
- You can check if updates are available by choosing the Check for
  Updates option.
  
==> If you are running an earlier version of MYOB (for example v18.5)
- You will need to install AccountRight version 19 first.
- You can do this by:
  - Installing from the cd that was sent to you; or
  - Download it from http://my.myob.com .

Note –To check whether you have the 2010/11 tax tables installed,
from your command centre, go to Setup> Payroll Information. If you
have successfully installed in the 2010/11 Compliance Update, the
tax table revision date will be 01/07/2010

For more information on installing the 2010/11 Compliance Update

明天是新financial year 第一次payroll, 我已经start new payroll year, 但是系统还没upgrade, 所以tax table 还是09年的，
可以先做payroll, 等负责upgrade的人下周来upgrade之后再调整PAYG吗？

那样会很麻烦，最好能先load tax table之后再process pay，不然以后调整payg非常复杂。

先manua的做吧...等update了后再input到system吧，不然都进了系统再调整挺麻烦的吧·~

这几天折腾死我了……

我打电话问了以前的accountant，她让我先备份了一下，先做第一星期的payroll

我就在系统里面load new tax table，等accountant下星期二过来教我……(monkey37)

不可取,entry进去就不能改tax了

可以delete, 然后重新entry一次。但是呢，因为已经pay过了，所以不能改咯。
我今天也问过accountant,他的建议就按旧的tax table做先，然后他来fix up.
其实我觉得不是很所谓拉，因为到时候个人交税的时候，不是会tax return吗？

哦，而且我觉得可以直接手动修改PAYG的值，根据ATO给的新的tax table, 不过不敢擅作主张拉

这个是可以的，只要你确定你输入的tax是正确的

可以用TAX TABLE 啊，你们一帮人都用MYOB自动惯了。直接手算填到MYOB上就可以了。
