找工作没有结果， 发简历上来求点评，欢迎大家拍砖

找工作快1个月了，中介电话接了不少，正经面试却一个没有。 我想是不是简历问题呢， 于是把简历改了又改，改来改去也不知道哪个更好了。 干脆发上来让大家拍拍吧。

PROFILE  
（现在的版本）
Java developer with over 7 years commercial experience (5+ in Java/J2EE and 3+ in Delphi) in whole life cycle of software development, including Java/J2EE web applications and database design. Excellent knowledge of object oriented design, thirsty for developing works.

（以前的版本）
A Java developer has passion for developing work and has extensive knowledge in JAVA/J2EE application development. With over 5 years experience in whole life cycle of JAVA/J2EE application development in industries of health, On-Demand business and Resource Management.

请教哪个版本相对好点呢？

if you have solid exp like 7 years, it is not problem with your resume.

At the end of finicial year, there are few job vacancies

In next two months, hopefully you will get more chances.

都不是太好。。。不过这个的确写在CL好点，CV里写个Career Objective吧

首先，你说你是Java Developer，既然都有5-7年的经验了，把Senior加到前面去吧。

这两个你不觉得是重复的吗？ 如果你改成，experienced to design end to end J2EE application with strong hands-on ability. 这样更加精炼一点吧。

最后一句，thirsty for developing works. 改成，你把自己的定位在哪里。Looking for 什么什么职位，等等，这个根据招工广告改

呵呵  中介电话接了不少的话那说明简历还行啊  
中介看了简历感兴趣所以想打电话稍微聊一下问些问题 如果好就安排面试 但是到目前为止没有面试就说明中介对你电话上的表现都不是太满意
LZ回顾一下是不是自己handle电话方面会有什么问题？  呵呵  权作参考

我在cover letter里面也写了类似的内容， 这个是简历里面第一段的profile.

现在有点不上不下， 我是5年的java经验，可是有些公司招人的广告里面没有写senior 的 title. 所以我也就省略了， 不过多谢提醒，我再想想。

谢谢，有几个中介说把简历发给雇主了，有个还给我发了个邮件确认。 但是最后都没有音信， 所以有点怀疑简历不对雇主的口味。

我的经验：不用cover letter，不用objective，写了人家也不看。

把你的key skills写的比较符合现在的潮流（有buzz words）肯定很抢眼球，第一页是关键，尤其是对那些门外汉的recruiter.
对你感兴趣了才看你以后的页，甚至都不看，打电话让你自己说。

lz把一份简历的好坏就浓缩成了比较两句话的好坏，可是一份简历是一个整体，看简历的人往往是产生一个整体的印象而不是去抠你一两句话是否精炼。如果是看很多简历的人，几乎不可能逐字逐句的去读简历。所以你要根据申请的职位的不同而写出不同的简历，重点要突出。

同意楼上的TX们说的，Porfile和objective在简历里都是可有可无的东西，重要的是你的工作经验和achievements。如果想放profile，用dot points更方便中介去看，尝试修改了一下楼主的profile (非IT，所以改错了请见笑）

- over 7 years solid experience in Java/J2EE and Delphi;
- extensive expertise in all aspects of software design and development , especially design and development of Java/J2EE web applications and database;
- excellent speciality in Object-Oriented Design; and

怎么我感觉profile特别重要呢。。。。
基本上看你的简历，先看profile，profile不好，就不往下看了。

然后自己定位也很重要，你到底是搞技术的，还是搞管理的，能不能当leader， 本地经验有多少

然后再细看employment history，然后再看project history。。。

至于你的key skill，比如说J2EE Delphi，在Project HIstory里面写一下就好了
